Why host a private event?
A private event ensures you know who is in your space with you. Having a private event also allows you to customize menu and service options to suit your needs.
What size of group can you host?
The size of the group depends on the configuration of the party ie. seated, stand and mingle, etc. We have a number of options from as few 15 to as many as 60.
Do you serve food? What options are available?
As of now our food options are limited due to a refocus on the brewery production aspect of the business. It is our goal to reopen our tap room in the spring with more food offerings,
Can we bring our own food or hire our own caterer?
Yes. You are free to bring outside food in to our tap room and encouraged to hire outside catering. Personal food items like a birthday cakes, snacks for kids, etc. are also no problem at all.
Is there a cost associated with renting the space?
Any event booked that requires us closing to the public comes with a $500 buyout fee.
Can we get someone to talk to us about beer and provide a tour?
Yes, this can be arranged when you book your event.
Can you provide live music?
Yes, we can arrange for live entertainment. We have a list of acts who have performed at Evergreen.
