This is a special blend that we put together in collaboration with Good Oswald Coffee for our House Blend Coffee Stout. This is a blend that is a great all around coffee that has hints of chocolate, brown sugar and a slight nuttiness. It was chosen for its low acidity, full body and smoothness which complements the beer rather than overpowering it. This blend was used to make cold brew which was then infused into the beer.
