Have you ever heard the rumour that some brewers are “cheating” by adding flour to the MASH, boil or fermenter to create HAZE? Full Disclosure: We have never done this before, but today we cheated (in the name of science) by adding Oat flour from Ottawa valley Grain! This, in addition to huge amounts of Citra, El Dorado and Cashmere, gives us the haze we crave! A follow up to our Two Secrets IPA, we have skipped the boil process to have a little bitterness as possible.
