Softer and gentler in 2022! If you have spent any time at the brewery during spring time you will have most likely had a run in with the famous Cobra Chicken! The Canada Goose aka “The Cobra Chicken” knows what it wants and is not afraid to tell you! This year the geese have been kinder, friendlier and more agreeable than previous years.
For 2022 we dialed down the bitterness and upped the hoppiness with 2 whirlpool additions prior to the double dry hop. We added massive charges of Mosaic with more subtle addition of Sabro and Cashmere.
